Seller first made excuses then turned nasty and obtuse, suggesting I was attempting to scam him. His ad says “No Returns Accepted “ so I gave him a chance to make good but he insisted I go through the “return process “ because of the eBay Guarantee”. I got suckered by his low, low price and would never deal with this him again.
