My electric company was charging me between $400 to $600 because the heating strips were continuously running in the summer and winter, with the cool air and of course the heat. And when the system was off, the strips were still coming on. Called four AC people and only one could tell me that my sequencers might be bad. I ordered these for about $33 bucks and installed them myself. Fast service from the eBay store, parts arrived in a couple of days. Installed it and the cool air was cold again and the warm are was still warm, but the strips sent off when they were supposed to.
