Also disappointing- not like any photos from listing. Most knobs same shape/style (not versatile), no texture along handle, knobs not numbered, no "BodyBackBuddy" brand on handle (unbrand knock off? not what you see in the ad).

Instead, he left it outside my gate, in the rain and the package was soaking wet when I discovered this. I hope this seller discusses the "fault" with his courier company, as it reflects on him and his otherwise good service.

The seller was very responsive and help full in trying to solve the problem. Communication with the seller was 100%, they really cared about the product not working as it should. After several tests the issue could not be resolved and the seller will refund the purchase cost.
