Item not NEW as listed. Could not get it to work called Amazon this was a registered item. Not in new box. Be Aware this is a untrustworthy seller. Fraud, scam. Look elsewhere. Got refunded after intense communication didn't want to refund. Amazon told us that this is a problem where people steal, do fraudulant returns then try to sell the same item on eBay.

First off in my listing I clearly state in the description box that it is a factory refurbished item. The plastic is still on the speaker. I did state that I had to open the box only to see what the color of the speaker is, it's not stated on the outside of the box. This buyer included pictures of the outside of the box, but didn't include picture of the serial number of the speaker. I requested a picture of the serial number of the speaker alongside of the box, seeing how they were accusing me.
