The 35" cable purchased was only 28". In the end we received a refund, but it took a week of haggling to get the refund for the incorrect item. They kept offering to refund some ($5 to $15 for a $35 charge). When they understood that we did not want the shorter cable they said we could return it, but we had to pay for shipping - on an item that was misrepresented in their ad. They were friendly in all communications, but it was too much work to get a satifactory outcome. We will avoid them.
