Seller ripped me off i bought, stappino retractable ratchet straps for $115 ... i recieved different straps that are a $59 dollar set that i could have bought myself at bunnings they are not even the same brand or retractable, the communication is extremely slow, the package took ages to come. I do not recommend this seller. Multiple people have been through the same thing, unfortunately i didnt realise until after the matter when i went through and read his reviews.

Description is incorrect. Package did not arrive on time and was only sent after the expected arrival date. When the package arrived it came from Amazon and only had one bow unlike the description. Seller was slow with responding to my concerns and offered no reasoning or apology. I would not recommended buying from this seller

The item was delivered very late. Upon arrival, the package was wet and the box was also damaged. I don't know why it was in an Amazon package, and they asked me for a pin number, the seller didn't even know when it would arrive. I inquired about the pin number, the seller didn't provide it but instead said it would be delivered next week, while the delivery person was standing there waiting to confirm the pin. It was really troublesome. I will never buy from this seller again. 😭
