did not know the seller was in China, bought this rug..when it arrived it was the size of a toilet seat. It was described as small but not that small. tried to return it and it needed to be sent back to China..couldn't even read the return address. contacted Ebay, they couldn't help.seller wouldn't send me a label I could read. so I am out $16.00 dollars. would not recommend this seller..
