It arrived with the case art intact, though the disc case itself was cracked. I had to replace the case but the art was fine. I don't know if it was a packing issue or a delivery issue? I don't care that much, the art was fine. It wasn't so far gone that I couldn't make it work.

The CD case is constructed in very high quality materials and it looks just like new. However in some parts of the image you can notice lines from the scan and some letters aren't very legible. But overall if aren't picky as me you won't even notice that.
