Well packaged and arrived in good condition despite coconut-scented oil leaking all over the package in transit. No fault of the seller.
I still can't work out what the seller means by "99% New Condition". Something is either new or not. If they're refurbished, call it out. Regardless, the headset and case look as new. Headset performs well. The noise cancelling is excellent, much better than my previous QC15 and QC25.
I would be happy to purchase from this seller again.
