I believe this is a better muffler than aftermarket.
When held next to an aftermarket Hotdog muffler this OEM Briggs & Stratton muffler is slightly heavier. It could be because B&S used heavier gauge sheet metal or more baffles in its construction.

Not same as picture
Works well but comes unpainted with surface rust. The one in picture was painted white to match the engine I have. Wish I got what I paid for. Cost more to paint it myself than the part did.

WELD IT ON ANY SCOOTER HEADER AND GO!
I use these to upgrade scooter exhausts. Very light, sound great and cheap. I had a Yoshimura all carbon fiber pipe on my Honda Ruckus and for how well built and pricey it was it sounded like there was no muffler on at all. This little pipe sounds way better and again, ultra light and I’m not worried about beating it up. For the money you can’t go wrong. I’ve put them on at least a dozen scooters. From 50cc to 150cc. Great as a replacement for a rusted out and/or damaged exhaust + more air flow = more power. I use these to upgrade scooter exhausts. Very light, sound great and cheap.
