Tape recorder arrived in a very damaged box and was covered in what looked like scratches. I do not think it was new as advertised in the listing. It was also not very well packaged, just wrapped in a black cling film like material. I did get a refund and the communication from the seller was good but still very disappointed that the item was not as described.
