      I'm a nurse and 10 years post menopausal, I have a heart condition also and this product doesn't have Black Cohort. I found the product has greatly helped with my hot flushes within 2 days. I still get 1 or 2 a day yet not as severe as I would be wet through and dripping which was embarrassing.
