Ordered items 2 weeks prior to going away and delivery was said to be the week after ordering. Its now been over 2 weeks and still have not received items. We have now left for holidays without the snorkles. Very disappointed, would not have ordered if delivery was so long. Ordered other items that arrived within 48hours

The seller was very responsive and help full in trying to solve the problem. Communication with the seller was 100%, they really cared about the product not working as it should. After several tests the issue could not be resolved and the seller will refund the purchase cost.
