This was sold as new. It was very clearly not new. Had an old chip stained brown with age & tea, dirty tea marks in the spout. The item was scratched and marked, badly, clearly from much wear & tear. Seller called me a liar, despite photos & accused me of swapping it for another item, claiming chip was done in transit but it is brown. Forced to accept a partial refund only as he would not accept return. DISGUSTING communication, DISGUSTING item nothing like the description given. AVOID, AVOID.
