Bought a Clinique high impact waterproof mascara 01 black for practice of my wedding makeup and same one from Ulta for day of. A more accurate description may have been to say ‘new, old stock.’ It was still unused but by the consistency could tell it wasn’t brand new, couldn’t get it confused with one from department store. Will still use it up! (In picture, the wand not underneath the box is from the seller.)
