I have ordered from lmuyrss previously and the experience was great. My 2nd purchase was 4 pumps. The package arrived on time but instead of 4 pumps I received 1 pump and what appears to be an embroidery needle set. I sent photos of the package to lmuyrss the day after it arrived. While the communication was ok, i was advised that lmuyrss needed to check with the warehouse what was sent. After nearly 3 weeks, I ended up with a refund for the pumps that didn't arrive. Disappointing.

Defective item. Not charging. I already contacted the seller before making this review and they first offered me 8$ refund for the 48$ I paid. I did not accept so they increased to 18$. After filing a return process, they now offer 25$. I want a FULL refund of what I paid and I will send back the defective item at the seller's cost.

Don’t buy from this scammer they sent me a broken item . I asked for a refund an they offered me $8 an told me to fix the item , then they offered me $20 or I could send the item back so they can see how they could fix it . It was going to cost me more to send back . I finally got $30 back . DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER
