The description didn't mention anything about the mice having broken tails. I didn't notice them in the photo when I bid on it. My mistake. The box was marked fragile, but the clock arrived broken in multiple places. I reached out to the seller who was very upset and blamed usps. When I asked what could be done to make it right, they responded with "this is not ok, I'm very angry, I told them to treat it fragile. " But, I'm still left with a very expensive $150 broken clock and no resolution .
