    Unfortunately, the PCM I received did not work as I had hoped. I called A.C.R. at their toll free number and spoke with a representative about my issues. They were apologetic and agreed that the best thing was to issue a full refund. I am disappointed that the PCM did not work as advertised BUT their Customer Service is outstanding. I am sure this is the reason that they have 98% positive feedback. I bet the 2% that left negative feedback never even called to speak to customer service.

    worked just like stated in the ad

    computer arrived very clean but not protected in the box, hence 4 stars for the beat up computer. it was very simple to install and program the anti theft to it. took 30 minutes and i was driving without the massive stored codes the old computer was falsely generating.

    computer with no instructions won't work

    The computer came with no instructions for the vehicle on how to install. Apparently you have to hold the ignition for 30 seconds and all kinds of jumping jacks before it activates. Maybe it would have worked had these critical details been sent with the computer.
