Smooth transaction, fast delivery, great packaging and the product works perfectly (both hardware and software). More a lesson for me that when the vendor has multiple machines under the listing to request photos of the actual unit to be sent as the one I received had cosmetic damage (scratches) on the top of the unit and the photos in the listing were not the of the machine that was sent. Does not affect usability of the machine, still a great vendor. Would buy from them again.
