    great intermediate workouts

    great that you dont need any equipment. perfect to take on vacation to do in hotel room. the yoga/pilates mix is not all that spiritual mind stuff, this is more athletic faster moving than most yoga stuff that hold posses forever. (can you tell I dont like yoga and yet love this dvd) it's fun and minna is a great teacher with good cueing. beginners ck out her Emergency Workout dvd.

    Minna Lessig Optimizer: Balanced Blend (2001, DVD)

    This was a gift for my wife to replace an old VHS tape version of Minna's workout "Fat Eliminator" that was fuzzy and almost worn out. This DVD version not only contains "Fat Eliminator", but a second work out as well. My wife loves the DVD and uses it to workout several times per week. Great purchase!
