Item did not arrive, no tracking, Seller asked me to contact Royal Mail with a reference number that did not work, and refused to provide a refund. I was forced to ask Ebay to intervene and ebay made them refund me.

Please accept my apology for Royal Mail misplacing your order, This is the first time this has happened since selling on Ebay.
I was unable to provide a tracking number as you selected standard 2nd class postage which does not include tracking. There is a separate tracking postal choice on all items listed.
A refund would of been issued if you had made me aware you were unsuccessful with the Royal Mail reference code.
