Seller argued over return when item was sent in unsanitary condition. I tried to clean it but blacklight still showed where the splotches were. I did get a full refund at least. However upon return seller accused me of just not wanting it because I had cleaned the item (I provided photo evidence of whiteish splotches before trying to wipe them off). Item was also missing multiple sequins and had loose threads. Definitely not NWOT. Very unprofessional seller overall.

I agreed to a full refund. The buyer did not provide proof that this was used before as I requested. The item still had the original bag with replacement pieces still on it. It appears that she had buyer's remorse.
