Bought loose Christmas bulb replacements and asked the seller how many came with the purchase. His/hers rude answer was "exactly what you see in the picture". There were 4 in the picture so I continued to check out. Just received 1 single bulb in an envelope. Not wrapped, not protected, just a plain letter envelope. Poor customer service all the way around!!! Who knows if this even works but in all of the years on ebay I have never been more disappointed of dealing with someone.

You lying sack !! I even put 5 bulbs in that envelope . If you seen 4 bulbs in the picture what was wrong with what you see in the picture? I have Steller feedback all around and I am a bad seller over 4 little bulbs? You should be ashamed of yourself for lying like this. You got the bulbs (all 5 of them) but have a problem with the way they were shipped? You got free shipping and got the product but still not happy? Never side you had a problem or asked for your money back? Just Neg Me?

They both arrived without all features working. This seller was very explicit about the car being fully tested BEFORE shipping and very clear about returning procedures.
