Processor was exactly as described- new, OEM, and in perfect condition. It was not vendor locked.
This seller packaged the CPU very well using ESD IC foam sheet in a hard clamshell case, which was then wrapped in ESD bubble wrap. In many ways this is superior even to AMD's retail packaging as the pins on a CPU are better protected/isolated.
Expedient shipping, too. This seller was quicker to ship than other parts I bought on the same day from Amazon!
