Unfortunately- my ornament came slightly damaged- It was described as a NEW product- but when I opened it up on its arrival it was not. I contacted the seller- I told him about my problem and hoped I might get a credit or a discount- he couldn't do that. He did offer me a full refund- but I wasn't going to take the chance of losing this product and having to find another seller that might charge more. All I can say is you have to be wary of the description of the item you are buying.
