Lightweight With Great Features
MacGyver is a good adventure serious with a versatile hero who makes few mistakes. He's anti gun but a pro thinker, who believes that improvisation of items he had around are the best ways of escaping from dire situations. Everybody wishes they could be such a jack-of-all trades and find the right solution for everything. MacGyver reminds me of the British series The Saint who went to the rescue of the less fortunate and was able to help them in amazing ways. For a show to create a macgyerism as a way out of a predicament is a pretty cool way of doing things. Richard Dean Anderson plays his role with understated confidence no matter who he goes against. The perfect hero for the world, out thinking the enemy at every turn. The TV show deserved its success and you honestly wish there could ...
