Item was not shipped when said,they said delivery may 4,package did not go out until may 6. Terrible experience, returned the item ,they will not give me a refund because I did not provide a tracking number, they said they are not saying they did not receive the item back,just won't credit me without the number. Postal service told me it was delivered. Would not do business in the future, not a reputable company. Customer service is horrible. I was told eBay does not require a tracing number.
