His/hers rude answer was "exactly what you see in the picture". There were 4 in the picture so I continued to check out. Just received 1 single bulb in an envelope. Not wrapped, not protected, just a plain letter envelope. Poor customer service all the way around!!! Even though the descriptions stated that the cars were in great shape. They both arrived without all features working. This seller was very explicit about the car being fully tested BEFORE shipping and very clear about returning procedures. The product arrived well-packaged and in perfect working order.
