I bought this item and selected the pre set click and collect option. The delivery at the click and collect Argos was refused for some stupid reason… the item was returned to the seller who expected me to pay for postage again to have the item delivered to my home. The seller made it out like it’s my fault the delivery failed and literally said, ‘take some responsibility’. Unbelievable.

Buyer provided an address where his delivery location refused the parcel. As the buyer chose this address its his responsibility to own the issue. He refused to do this sand expected us to post the item again. Why would we when it failed already. If he was willing to pay for the post again we would. Not sure how we are responsible for the address you provided. Grow up
