I purchased a new pair of socks, one was supposed to be “day”, the other “night”. They were sent by the seller in their original manufacturer’s packing. When I opened them, there were 2 night socks. I notified the seller, she responded promptly, and sent out a new pair that was correct at no expense to me. She was a pleasure to work with.
