Absolute rubbish. Wheels on both cases are not working correctly. Pullout handle on 20 inch case pulled right out during baggage loading/unloading, the 28inch was 5kg underweight and the 20inch was 2kg underweight. The Airport said they will not take any responsibility for any damages done to these cases because the cases are of 'below poor quality" This is their words.

The item itself is as advertised and it was despatched quickly. I had an issue with the delivery company Couriers Please. I was notified that they attempted delivery, however this was a lie. I was home all day and I checked my security camera footage and no delivery attempt was made. The package was left at a new agency two suburbs away and I had to borrow a car to go and get my package, which was very inconvenient. I messaged the seller about this and they didn't seem to care.
