Seller will give you what you pay for. But his “make an offer” option on all his listings are a SCAM. I offered to make an offer on his listing that was fair and he responded with what the item what already listed for. So he uses the make an offer option to get extra eyes on his listings which is a scam he needs to take them off his listings cause if you aren’t going to make a counter offer and you have that as an option it’s deceptive.
