Positive feedback left as company immediately sent replacement for broken teapot lid. Unfortunately the knob on the replacement is also broken but I am just going to try glueing it back on. It is a lovely teapot but would suggest better lid packaging for this item photos below are of first order on black tray and second order received today is on green workspace. The 4 stars are for the customer service I received and the lovely teapot itself
