I expected the open box but not the contents being opened and used. Ink is leaking out like the factory seal was broken. The description said nothing about the product being used. Seller did not respond when requesting an exchange or refund.

first of all i did reply, second i did give you a partial refund. Third, item was discounted almost %50 off retail price. lastly i did state open box on it, not new!
