Bracelet was lovely and nice quality but the size sent was 3/4” shorter than agreed upon. The seller was reluctant to replace with correct size and even asked for an additional $112 for me to keep the one that didn’t fit and wait for a replacement. After several back and forths, seller accepted return. Needless to say, seller is not great at proving the correct dimensions ordered. Another item I ordered was also undersized. Perhaps they need a new ruler. 🤨
I won’t be purchasing from them again.
