Sold iPad marked as good condition. Has white spot on screen and was told that was to be expected. Not mentioned in post. Then, after I spend time adding apps and putting all information into iPad found out the charging port is loose and has missing pins.
Sure, refund was offered but nothing for the time I spent waiting for shipping and configuring device.
Good Condition is not how I would describe my purchase.

Immaculate exterior, but there are blemishes in the LCD backlight, most noticeable is a bright spot above home btn and tiny dark speck in the middle. I wonder if it has been opened and repaired. At least it is a genuine colorful apple LCD not a horrible dim aftermarket. Shipped nice and fast with UPS 2 day air. Came with charger & cable loose in box but it's okay. Device itself well padded.

watch listed as "excellent condition ", however there was scratches on every corner of bezel also battery life was only at 85% this is far from excellent condition, watch came completely dead with no battery charge so it was hard to find out the condition of battery health, this is unacceptable and i want either a full refund or a replacement watch same model but with no scratches and a better battery health please
