i ordered the product as viewed here, a few days later he contacted me, saying that the item is no longer in stock. He offered to send me another ball instead, which is WAY LESS value, which is simply outrageous. Disgusting behaviour that he even dared to suggest that. However, i did ask for a refund, to which he responded in a short amount of time, probably because he doesnt want issues with you. You should not allow such behaviours, its unacceptable he offered such a low value replacement.
