Weak glue and bad customer service. Earrings broke while removing them from the paper backing but the unique buttons are hard to find. Instead of returning, I was seeking any form of compensation for the time and materials to repair them. Seller refused any form of partial refund to cover the cost of repairing them. Seller only offered a full refund on return without compromise. Even a dollar would have shown some level of shared responsibility, but that was too much of a stretch. Best avoided.

Our policy is to return items you don't find sufficient or damaged for a full refund. This item is a vintage, collectible old button customer made into earrings 20 years ago. Customer did not request a partial refund but chose instead to leave negative feed back. We have obliged their request to be removed from our customer list.

I've been selling on ebay for many years as well. On the rare occasions that one of my customers has an issue, I offer compensation or a refund, customer's choice. You made it clear that you will only do a return for refund and not a partial refund to cover repair costs. By the 4th of your oblivious messages, you'd clearly lost your cool, "We're confused. What is the issue then? What are you trying to achieve with these messages?" Caring enough to ask a question would have been a good start.
