Seller was prompt in replying to bids. The eyeglasses are exactly as described and obviously brand new as promised. Case was in perfect shape after shipping - it was boxed well. I would definitely buy from sellers again.

Item was not as described: was described as new in original box with tags etc. The glasses came with no tags in a generic cheap case, rather than original Oliver Peoples case which is typically leather and comes with a cleaning cloth. They were also slightly scratched. I contacted the seller, who initially said that her relative mistakenly sent the wrong case. Then said she/he had no case after looking for it. I requested a price adjustment for the missing case, but there was no response .

the buyer forgot to mention is that they got it on sale, and after shipping fees and eBay commission, we actually lost money, and we explained to the buyer that we would rather except a full free return rather than a partial refund, which to buyer refused
