Sadly my vintage juicer arrived significantly damaged, despite the great packaging it was in. However, the seller responded to my message very quickly and took care of the issue immediately, even though they were on vacation at the time. So I will definitely purchase from them again. Things happen, glass items get broken in shipment, but that’s where a seller with excellent customer service skills can really shine. I’m a very happy customer!! 👍
