After accepting my offer he then e-mailed me to tell me that he could not find the nut that holds the slicing blade onto the machine. He offered a refund but I ordered the nut from a link he found for me and he then subtracted the cost of this nut from my purchase price and sent me the machine. I think i got it in maybe 3 days packaged well for the trip. I have not tried it yet I am waiting for the nut to arrive. Very honest guy.

    Super nice Coffee Maker!

    This is a super nice coffee maker. Mainly purchased it because of the removable water reservoir which is a great feature that sets this apart from most coffee pots. Easy programming for timer setup. My wife loves the look and features.

    Piece of Absolute Garbage

    Out of all of the Ninja products that I own, this is an absolute piece of garbage. It took 20 minutes to brew one pot of coffee. The small batch button doesn't work and this is on two of the exact same model that was bought. My Ninja Coffee Bar is the best. I sent this one back immediately and bought another one just to make sure that I didn't get a bad product to start with. Got the second one and it was trash as well. I pulled out my old Ninja Coffee Bar and put it back on my counter and am currently buying a brand new one. This specific pot is useless and is noisy. Don't even waste your money.

    Great coffee maker

    Coffee comes out so good, perfect temperature. It is very easy to program, and is good at keeping warm after brewing is complete. Does take a while (15-20 minutes) to brew, but the end result is worth the wait.
