    Dishonest seller. I won this at auction as the 4th bidder (starting price was $31) for $43 plus $25 postage. Before I could even pay seller withdrew without explanation then relisted for $180 plus postage. Seller should be compelled by eBay to go through with sale despite not receiving the bids he had hoped for. I had assumed the starting price was based on the condition of the coat as in the photo it appeared quite badly marked.
