Once the order had been placed I was told there would be a delay - up to 2 weeks - for personal reasons. No problem. Then I was told our address was not being accepted (provided it again in case it was entered incorrectly) and gave a 2nd option (our PO Box). Was then told the issue was on the sellers end and he apparently can't send the unit, meaning he would refund the $. I can only presume the unit never existed and honesty relating to this would have been quicker and easier.
