Goods which arrived today were not as expected. 2 box of 14 sachet led me to believe I was going to receive 2 boxes of 14 sachets i.e.28 sachets.
On examining the boxes Best before date is 09/2023. No way will I consume prepared mix out of date as i have abdominal problems . I have contacted sellers, luxuriousnew trend requesting a total refund of £18.98.
On their site it clearly stated that returns are not accepted.
Please advise as my next step will be Consumer Rights.
