    Worked Perfectly - get one!

    I used it to pull the squirrel cage fan off the motor shaft inside my fume hood. The shaft on the motor was 3/8 inch diameter. The puller shaft that came with the tool was bigger at 5/8 inch. But it came with some set screws that were just under 3/8 inch diameter. Using tweezers, I positioned one of the set screws thru the big hole on the side of the puller housing and held it on the motor shaft inside the fan hub. Then I screwed the 5/8 inch shaft Into the puller housing until it made contact with the set screw. It worked beautifully and the fan was off the motor shaft in less than 5 minutes!

    Right tool for the job

    Haven't used this yet, it looks well made and was shipped fast. Someone needs to come up with one that has the securing screws pointing upward, it would be much easier access.

    Great price, and as described!

    The tool itself was solid and compete. The only "issue" was the manual and the label on the tool were damaged by water or something. But overall it was a great buy! I would buy again!
