The item arrived damage due to inadequate packing however when I reached out to the seller they were quick to reply, refunded my money, were very apologetic, and let me know that they would follow up internally. Aside from the part arriving damaged overall the experience was fine and I would be fine with purchasing again from the seller.

The ordered wheel was in excellent condition, even washed. The packaging protected the outer face from damage in shipping and handling. The seller, Fenix Parts SE did an outstanding job in describing the wheel, cleaning it and packing it. Time from order to delivery was very short due to free UPS service. The cost was about half of an original new OEM wheel. Thank you.
