Item description and packaging were good. I bought the item on the 26th of December. Seller put in a fake tracking number, claimed the item was shipped before Christmas, blamed the post office for the delay in tracking updates, then actually shipped out the item almost two weeks later. I understand that delays will happen during the holiday season. A message would've been enough. This level of deception is just mind boggling.
