Poor packaging and terrible communications. This seller does NOT respond to requests or questions only complaints. Have not seen the item yet. Took over 3 weeks to arrive at my summer house (regardless of my request to change the shipping address BEFORE it was shipped). I now have to wait until after Christmas when my cousin can reship it to me at my winter address which I will have to pay an additional $45 or more to get it done. Be very careful if you are dealing with this seller.

This is such a bad customer who ordered something and after 3 days of shipping absolutely wants to have the delivery address changed, although unfortunately that is no longer valid and every customer knows that. And to give such a review after months is completely out of character! You could have easily changed the address when buying and there would have been no problems. You can definitely buy from me and it will be sent out straight away :) A lot of regular customers have stayed with me.
