Headcover for golf club was as advertised. However I ordered a second one at different time & did not realize it was same vendor. Both items weighing much less than 1 lb were shipped in same plastic mailer by USPS and charged $5.49 TWICE. It costs $2.74 to ship package first class weighing 1 lb. By USPS. These head covers were both the SAME except different club number which is the same plastic tab for each club. just change the position of tab. Charged $14 for 1 & $21 for other!

Hi. We DO in fact have a combined shipping discount, that most of our customers take advantage of. However since you bought your items hours apart, and not in the same transaction, it didn't automatically apply; nor is it supposed to. Ebay policy Buyers are REQUIRED to reach out and request combined shipping - which you didn't. Unless you mention something in this case, we have no idea that you didn't get the discount. We did offer you a discount after the fact, but you just want to complain.
