Received radio and it works fine. Antenna was bent and broken at the tip when I opened the box. Asked for a replacement antenna and was told it would not affect the function which is kind of a BS answer and was offered a $5 refund but since I paid over $84 for the radio and by the time I got it the price had dropped to $42 so I requested at least $10 and received $10.42 so I guess I can live with it. Customer service was quick and responsive and did what was asked as far as the refund.
